What are your opening hours?

We are open every day, Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 10 PM.

How do I book a massage?

Message us on WhatsApp or call +91 70260 21144. Tell us the treatment and time you'd like, and we confirm your slot in the chat. No forms.

Do I need to pay in advance?

No. There is no payment upfront. You pay at the spa.

Can I book a same-day appointment?

Yes. Message or call us and we will tell you the available slots for today.

Is there a first-visit offer?

Yes. New guests get ₹500 off one massage on their first visit. Mention the offer when you book.

Are the rooms private?

Yes. Every session takes place in a fully private room. There are no shared treatment spaces.

Do you offer couple massages?

Yes. Our couple spa experience is in a private suite with two therapists working side by side.

Do you offer home service?

No. All treatments take place at our spa in Marathahalli.

Which massage should I choose?

For knots and pain, deep tissue. To relax, Swedish or aromatherapy. For stiffness, Thai. Not sure? Ask on WhatsApp or tell your therapist on arrival.

How long are the sessions?

Most treatments are available as 60 or 90-minute sessions. Our Signature Luxury Ritual runs 90–120 minutes.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment so you can settle in.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Message or call us at least 4 hours before your appointment so we can offer the slot to another guest.

Can I have a massage if I have a medical condition or am pregnant?

Please tell us when you book and tell your therapist before the session. If in doubt, check with your doctor first.
